In order to assess and assist you in your health concern a thorough intake session is required to attune to your needs, lasting a minimum of 45 minutes followed by an acupuncture treatment. Your initial visit will last for 90 minutes.

Follow up treatment can also include Tuina Massage, Cupping, Ontake Moxa or Gua Sha (scraping) as well as facial acupuncture. Further treatments are generally 60 – 90 minutes

Acupuncture is a process, I would recommend three sessions to start with and then to take stock of where you are and what has changed and how to proceed further. While acupuncture can be a stand alone treatment, in many cases, Chinese herbal medicine can support your process.  We plan your journey of treatment and evaluate the process together!
